Mother Nature is our healer

Join us for a rejuvenating 3-hour session in the forest to connect with Mother Nature. The session will include a nature walk, mindfulness practice, campfire discussion, nature crafts, woodwork, learning fire management and outdoor cooking. We then complete the session with a deep meditation and reflection that helps us to ground and attune to our natural sense of well-being.

This session is hosted by Sherin, a therapeutic forest school leader with great passion and experience in discovering ways of harmonious living with the Earth.
