Birthdays
Thank you for considering Natura Tribe to celebrate your special one’s birthday. We have been a part of creating many magical birthdays for the little ones aged two to 13 years. It’s the natural way to celebrate kids’ birthdays – under of the shades of the trees, against the backdrop of the sounds of birds and the calming tunes of running water.
The kids roam free, climb trees, play across all mud kitchen stations, and have a great time at the river splashing, jumping, and exploring. No loud music, no baby sharks, no lights, no tight play areas, and no walls! Just the kids and nature.
We offer four options for birthdays: venue booking only, venue booking with activities, venue booking and F&B, and us coming to your home. Available days to book a birthday is Friday, Saturday and Sundays afternoons. If you wish to book for Sunday afternoon, please ensure to book one month in advance.
If you are a group less than six, we recommend joining our Nature Playdate on Sundays.
Venue booking with no guided activities starting from AED 2000 recommended for kids Kids 1 to 6 years
This package gives you exclusive, private access to the Natura Tribe Village for one hour. This includes access to the river, the mud kitchen area as well as mud area. Kids play freely and no guided activities included.
The package is for up to 15 kids and priced at AED 2000 for one hour. Every additional child guest above one years of age is AED 50 extra. Parents and caregivers join for free. F&B is not included. The duration of this package is one hour. You can add additional half an hours for 500 AED and additional kids will be then 100 AED instead of 50 AED. Food in not allowed inside the play area, if you wish to book a place for birthday booking, that should be booked separately!
Venue booking with guided activities starting from AED 2500 recommended for kids Kids 2 to 6 years
This package gives you exclusive, private access to the Natura Tribe Village. This includes access to the river, the mud kitchen area as well as mud area and along with that the kids will have one of the below guided activities. The total duration of this package is one hour and a half. Food in not allowed inside the play area, if you wish to book a place for birthday booking, that should be booked separately!

Potions Ceremony: It includes nature walk and mindfulness, scavenger hunt and fairytales stories, potion making ceremony - You can add crystal neckless as gifts from the fairy to your invitees and part of the experience for additional 35 AED per child.
Natural Dyes: It includes nature walks, scavenger hunt, flower pressing on fabric, storytelling - You can add cotton bag to do the pressing on as a gift for your invitees. It’s 40 AED additional per child.
Journey Sticks Making: This includes a nature walk where children can engage with the surroundings, discover natural treasures, and personalize journey sticks with their unique touches. This activity also features a storytelling sessions . Children proudly take home the beautifully decorated sticks they have crafted.
Bugs hunt adventure: It encompasses an adventurous walk where children can spot bugs, delve into unique bug facts, and culminate the experience with captivating storytelling.
Nature Crown: It involves a nature walk, where children can explore and collect treasures from the natural surroundings. Engage in the creative process of crafting a delicate nature crown, utilizing an array of flowers and leaves.
Nature Necklace: The activity involves a delightful nature walk, exploring and gathering precious nature treasures, and creating unique nature necklaces out of leaves and flowers through weaving and threading .
Sensory Garden and Tea making: The experience encompasses a visit to the garden, tasting the various aromas and flavors of different herbs, diligently gathering these herbs, and igniting a fire to brew and relish a warm cup of herbal tea.
Seeds Ball Making: Children will have the opportunity to explore the various stages of seeds, discover different types of seeds, and engage in a hands-on activity of creating their own seed balls to bring back home.
Bee observation and Candle Making: Children will engage in an educational experience where they discover the fascinating world of bees. They will observe these industrious insects in action, learning to distinguish the queen bee amongst the colony. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to sample nectar from flowers that bees prefer, gather fresh herbs from the garden, and participate in creating charming beeswax rolled candles to further their connection to these essential pollinators.
Venue booking and activities starting from AED 2750 Kids 5 to 13 years
This package offers private forest sessions for up to 15 kids for 1.5 hours, without parents present. Each extra child over 5 years costs AED 120. Food and drinks aren't included, and access to the mud area is extra. To access both the mud area and forest session for kids aged under 2 to 13 years, the cost is AED 4000 for 2 hours. Additional kids under 2 cost AED 75, while those over 2 cost AED 120. The guided activity lasts for 1.5 hours, with the Mud Kitchen open for play during the 2-hour session.
The sessions include one activity such as:
Fire Making and Toasting Marshmallow: Nature Walk to collect sticks, explanation on how to start fire using different tools, fire making using fire striker, roasting marshmallow, birthday wishes sharing around fire. Recommended for kids 6 and above
Camp Fire, Toasting Marshmallow and Bug Hunt: Nature Walk to look for bugs, explanation on how to start a fire using different tools and materials, fire management, fire safety, roasting marshmallow on camp fire. Recommended for kids 5 and above
Camp Fire and Pizza Making: Nature Walk to collect sticks, explanation on how to start a fire using different tools, Heading to the clay oven to start making pizza, pizza sharing. Additional 30 aed per child for this activity. Recommended for kids 5 and above
Camp Fire and Herbal Tea Making: Nature Walk to to learn about herbs, harvesting herbs, explanation on how to start a fire using different materials and tools, tea making and tasting, and birthday wishes sharing around fire. Recommended for kids 5 and above

*If you wish to cut cake, please not a food area need to be booked.
Venue and Food & Beverage:
If you wish to rent a small spot in the park to do cake cutting and serve lunch box or your own food instead of booking the whole space, that will be 600 for four hours and you can rent seating for additional 300 AED. Please be mindful that other birthdays and workshops could be happening around you. Food can’t be served where the main activities will take place.
If you wish to bring mini cupcakes and water, this can be given towards the end of the session at the meeting area after finishing the session, that will be additional 300 AED but again no seating area is dedicated, and no garbage should be left behind. Guests need to leave once the session has ended as the area will be cleared and closed.
F&B can be separately arranged by The Hide Out Restaurant at Al Barari or by your preferred providers.
Coming to your home or preferred location 3500:
We are happy to come to your preferred location to create a sensory mud kitchen setup for your little ones. We bring all the tools, accessories, and natural resources to create the messy play session, but wooden pallets need to be arranged separately. The experience is hosted for one-and-a-half hour. his package costs AED 3500 for Dubai (and each wooden pallet typically costs AED 35, which can be arranged through a preferred supplier if needed). If you wish to include additional activities, an extra charge of AED 500 will be applicable. If you wish us to come to you in other Emirates, It’s 4000 for one-and-a-half hours. If you wish to include additional activities, an extra charge of AED 500 will be applicable.
If you wish only nature crafts, potions making and scavenger hunt, it’s 3000 for one hour and half of activities.
Please note we don’t provide F&B, or other types of entertainment. We are unable to create bespoke themes, other than the ones inspired by nature (e.g., fairies, dragons, animals, etc.)
Terms and Conditions
Please choose the exact package you wish to have to avoid any disappointment on the day. Booking the sensory play doesn’t include guided activities and it’s only access to the space with natural setup
We start and finish on time so please remind your invitees to arrive on time or they will miss the activity. Another option is that you can start with food first. If you wish to book the space for extra time, ensure to do that in advance as we start and finish on time.
The provider could be anyone of Natura Tribe Team, if you have a request for special person to staff the event, please flag it at the time of the booking.
Payment should be done in advance and in full amount to secure and block the day.
The amount is non refundable and we can reschedule only if we have availability. No rescheduling when booking is cancelled one day ahead of the event.
Any additional guest can be charged on the day of the event but please flag in advance to prepare activities for them. Adults enter for free
Decoration at the Natura Tribe Village is not allowed as we try to conserve nature as much as possible. However, you can decorate the F&B area when booking with with Al Barari
F&B inside the Natura Tribe Village is strictly prohibited, and any plastic litter should be properly disposed in the garbage bins.
Full payment should be made in advance to confirm the booking.
We ask all families to take care of the place and any intentional damage to the resources will be charged 500 AED.
Food can be arranged by any preferred food provider
Please remind your invitees to bring extra change of cloth, mosquito repellent and a towel.
The safety of the guests including the little ones is the responsibility of the parents, please keep an eye on the little ones always
